Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Planning Executive to support the Planning Manager in coordinating day-to-day supply, material, production, inventory, and shipment planning activities.

The role acts as a bridge between Planning, Production, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Shipping, Sales, and Commercial teams, ensuring accurate planning data, available materials, and timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, Operations Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, production planning, material planning, or inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Planning Manager in preparing, maintaining, and monitoring supply and production plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with material availability and customer orders.
• Monitor OTIF performance and production schedules; highlight gaps or risks to the Planning Manager.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ensure systems are updated promptly.
