Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive in Divisional Supply Chain Management to ensure global or regional availability, adhere to inventory targets, and balance production utilization across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with team leaders, translate annual production and procurement plans for sites and suppliers, and monitor delivery reliability while mitigating shortages and maintaining master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Ensure global or regional availability of all demands for the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with team leader and translate annual production and procurement plans for sites and external suppliers.
• Execute production planning or procurement within defined target parameters.
• Coordinate demand requirements across sales companies and production network.
• Monitor delivery reliability and communicate shortages in a timely manner.
