Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Remote Operations Center (ROC) Manufacturing Technician to monitor and manage high-volume wafer packaging operations from a centralized workstation. You will coordinate with global teams, respond to equipment alarms, and ensure continuous production and safety standards are met.

The role requires a diploma in a related field, 1+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or similar, and the ability to work rotating shifts across Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics.
• 1+ years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, or manufacturing operations environments.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Day 6:50 am–7:00 pm; Night 6:50 pm–7:00 am) with schedule subject to change.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
• Experience with end-user computer skills and navigation and automation systems troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute production material movement across all processes in WPM from a remote workstation.
• Monitor fab equipment health and availability and communicate with production personnel to keep operations running.
• Respond to equipment alarms at ROC and resolve with collaboration from production personnel.
• Execute real-time disposition on equipment alarms and production lots when required.
• Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot all equipment errors and material flows adhering to safety, quality and output values.
• Understand and perform complex production instructions with inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Complete shift documentation and communicate progress with the global team.
• Improve workstation performance by participating in continuous improvement projects and skill development.
