Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a Board-certified/board-eligible Medical Doctor (specialist) to work remotely as an hourly contractor SME. You will review AI-generated clinical responses, evaluate reasoning, and produce expert content with precise feedback across AI training topics.

You will identify errors in methodology, test interpretations, and safety concerns, while fact-checking medical information and writing clear explanations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completed specialty training and board eligibility/certification.
• 5+ years of post-training clinical experience in a specialty setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis, and escalation skills.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create prompts and gold-standard answers across clinical topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance correctness, safety, and clarity.
