You will craft high-quality explanations, model posts, and evaluate messaging for risk, compliance, and safety. Collaboration with AI data teams and marketers is expected to maintain top-tier social content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands.
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics across major networks.
• Ability to craft platform-native content with hooks and CTAs.
• Experience with content operations and working with design/video teams.
• Comfort evaluating content for risk, safety, and policy adherence.
• Strong analytics skills and data-driven iteration.
• Proficient written communication in English (C1).
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver in a remote hourly workflow.
