Job summary

Roche in Malaysia is seeking a Master Data Business Analyst on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will support enterprise master data governance, ensure data quality, lifecycle management, and collaborate with IT and business teams across Finance, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain.

You will manage incidents, translate business needs into technical solutions, maintain SOPs, train users, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years Master Data Management experience desirable.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP modules FI/MM/CO/SD and Excel skills.
• Customer focus with stakeholder management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and support Roche Affiliates and IT teams.
• 2nd level evaluation of user requests using ITIL and prioritization.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with IT teams.
• Analyze and redesign processes; maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
• Manage data quality, lifecycle, cleansing and audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Create business cases and proposals for system upgrades.
• Coordinate training materials and end-user guidance.
• Lead or participate in projects within RSS and global programs.
