Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll work with the campaign marketing fulfillment team to build forms and landing pages for our content campaigns, driving end-to-end operational setup.

You’ll collaborate with lead generation and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reports, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integrations with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Pardot.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of professional experience in operations or marketing operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with JIRA, Convertr, Leadsquared or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead generation team on B2B content marketing campaigns.
• Own the complete operational workflow for campaign portfolio from setup to launch.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive client lead reports with data QA to remove duplicates and non-targets.
• Optimize documentation and processes to ensure streamlined cross-team operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Establish and configure integrations between internal systems and clients' marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Integrate, Pardot).
