Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in working with laboratory information systems (LIS) or in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulations, as well as the standards and best practices for laboratory operations and data management.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and databases for laboratory information systems.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff and users on how to use the laboratory information systems effectively and efficiently.
