• Produce ~30 designs per day with consistent quality, creativity and turnaround.
• Translate marketing angles into visually engaging thumbnails to drive clicks.
• Leverage AI tools for image generation, variations and ideation to scale production.
• Maintain attention to detail in composition, typography and color aligned with brand goals.
• Experiment with layouts, hooks and visual styles to boost performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to iterate designs based on feedback and needs.
