Game District is seeking a highly experienced Producer + Game Designer for a fully remote position. You will raise production and design standards by improving systems, coaching the team, and leading high-impact product initiatives that drive key KPIs.

The role emphasizes turning ambiguity into clear, build-ready specifications, structured execution plans, and measurable improvements with strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in mobile F2P production or game design with shipped live products.
• Strong systems design fundamentals: progression, economy, LiveOps, monetization.
• Excellent written communication and ability to lead remotely.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and design workflows, improving cadence and deliverables.
• Audit processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements.
• Write build-ready design specs with edge cases, tuning plans, and KPI targets.
• Coach teams and establish a design quality bar across the studio.
• Partner with data/UA to inform experiments and prioritization.
