Qualifications

• 5+ years of project and resource management experience within a digital or creative agency.
• Must communicate exceptionally well in English, both written and verbal.
• Can work in Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST) and attend client meetings virtually.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate resources for multiple projects.
• Oversee project setup, manage deadlines and risks.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely deliverables.
• Track project invoices and manage profitability.
• Contribute to standardizing processes and improving efficiency.
