Job summary

Nulogy is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own and optimize acquisition programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. The role collaborates with marketing, product, sales, and partnerships to scale campaigns across digital, webinars, events, and outbound channels.

The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in demand generation, with strong analytics, conversion optimization, and cross-functional collaboration skills to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success managing demand generation programs and contributing to pipeline growth in a B2B environment.
• Experience managing paid acquisition channels and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, measurement, attribution, and marketing performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation programs that support pipeline creation and revenue growth across Nulogy’s solutions and target industries.
• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, webinars, events, and partner channels.
• Manage paid and digital acquisition programs, including search, social, retargeting, and AI-powered discovery channels.
• Own campaign performance measurement, experimentation, and optimization to improve engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with content, product, and business development teams to ensure campaigns reach target audiences with relevant messaging.
• Improve landing pages and conversion paths to increase prospect engagement.
