Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking Cantonese-English interpreters for a fully remote, full-time contractor position. You will provide high-quality interpretation services from your home office and support international clients across time zones.

We value accuracy, professional conduct, and adaptability to industry vocabulary, especially healthcare and medical terms. Onboarding is immediate with ongoing monthly payments and potential performance-based increments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Cantonese.
• Minimum 6 months interpretation experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to interpretation conventions, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at client request.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter’s code of conduct.
• Be aware of the specific vocabulary of the industry the interpreter works with (healthcare and medical, specifically).
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
