Job summary

LLL Inc. in Malaysia invites a skilled Sales / Business Development professional to drive growth by connecting Japanese companies with our offshore development services.

Your role is to build relationships, understand client needs, and present LLL’s software development capabilities. Based in a remote, Malaysia-based environment, you will generate opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good English communication (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Understanding of IT services industry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with Japanese companies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Present LLL’s offshore development services and capabilities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Understand client business needs and technical requirements.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical team for project feasibility.
