Agilent Technologies is seeking a regional Launch Program Manager to own country-level execution of new product introductions across APAC. You will build launch plans market by market, coordinate regulatory readiness, and prepare channel partners to demonstrate, sell and support new products from day one.

This full-time role requires multi-country delivery across India and APAC, managing budgets, risks and dependencies with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in product launch, commercial, channel partner management within medical diagnostics — in vitro diagnostics or laboratory instrumentation.
• Product launches owned end to end, from plan through to first sale.
• Strong project management discipline: critical paths, gates, dependency mapping and risk control.

Responsabilités

• Lead country-level execution of new product introductions across APAC, building launch plans market by market.
• Drive regulatory readiness with local Regulatory Affairs and partners and prepare channel partners to demonstrate, sell and support new products from day one.
• Manage multi-country launch programs, including budget, schedule, documentation and localisation requirements.
• Track costs, drive milestones and manage risks; serve as the liaison between channel partners and Agilent stakeholders.
