Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to ensure smooth transaction flows in a fast-paced banking environment. You will investigate payment issues, work with internal teams, and build strong relationships with external partners.

The ideal candidate holds a finance/business/ops degree, has at least 2 years in payment operations or banking, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking and clear communication.
