RHB Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented Team Member to join the Investment Banking Operations team. You will execute and process daily operational transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures and Bursa guidelines.

The role covers payment processing, settlements, reconciliations, client servicing, and operational controls to support day-to-day activities. Collaboration across stakeholders is essential for successful outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of relevant banking/financial operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily operational transactions accurately within timelines.
• Execute equity payments, foreign currency transfers, and trade-related payments.
• Verify supporting documents before cheque issuance and other payments.
• Perform settlement, reconciliation, and back-office journal entries.
• Maintain records, filing, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and ad-hoc process improvements.
