Job summary

Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Reliability Technician to ensure reliability tasks meet schedules, document accurately, and comply with safety and environmental regulations.

The role involves performing tests, analyzing data, and delivering clear results to engineers. Located in Krubong, Melaka, the candidate should have a Diploma in relevant engineering fields and 3+ years in semiconductors, with strong Excel/Word/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or other Engineering related courses.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor preferable.
• Excellent computer and data analytic skills (Excel, Word, SAP)
• Fresh graduates with technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all reliability tasks are completed according to schedule and met cycle time with accurate documentation.
• Ensure all reliability tasks comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Perform reliability tests according to procedures, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform reliability data analysis to identify trends, abnormalities, or potential failure patterns.
• Prepare and deliver test results to requestors and engineers in a clear and accurate manner.
• Participate in improvement projects to enhance reliability workflow and reduce cycle time.
• Maintain 5S standards in the work area to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Update and maintain relevant records in the SAP database.
