Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Malaysia seeks a Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability test plans for product qualification.

You will collaborate with design, quality and manufacturing teams to define acceptance criteria and apply Weibull/MTBF modeling to predict life and performance. The role includes supporting qualification of new products, improving testing capabilities, troubleshooting testers, and delivering technical reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g., Telcordia, GR468, MIL-STD, IEC).
• Experience with reliability testing, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
