Job summary

Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd in Malaysia offers an internship for students in pharmaceutical/regulatory fields. You will assist in compiling documents for NPRA, HALAL, and KKM notifications, translate or format technical documents, and support regulatory submissions.

You will gain hands-on experience with government agencies, track deadlines, liaise with QA, R&D, and production, and learn to maintain regulatory records, with potential for a full-time offer after internship.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate.
• Strong organizing skills and attention to detail.
• Able to read basic technical documents in English and/or Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Interest in regulatory work or health product industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation & Submission: assist in compiling and organizing documents required for product registration (NPRA, HALAL, KKM).
• Regulatory Research & Compliance Support: conduct basic regulatory research in Malaysia and ASEAN markets; keep records of guidelines, forms, deadlines.
• Application Tracking & Follow-up: maintain internal filing system; assist in follow-up with government agencies or regulatory bodies.
• Internal Communication & Coordination: liaise with QA, R&D, production; support communication with external consultants or certifying bodies.
• Reporting & Data Entry: update status reports; input data into regulatory management spreadsheets or systems.

1. Document Preparation & Submission

• Assist in compiling and organizing documents required for product registration (e.g. NPRA, HALAL, KKM notifications).

2. Regulatory Research & Compliance Support

• Conduct basic research on regulatory requirements in Malaysia and ASEAN markets.
• Keep records of application guidelines, forms, and deadlines.

• Maintain an internal filing system to track submission statuses.
• Assist in follow-up with government agencies or regulatory bodies.

4. Internal Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments (QA, R&D, production) to gather supporting documents.
• Support communication with external consultants or certifying bodies.

5. Reporting & Data Entry

• Update status reports for ongoing applications.
• Input data into regulatory management spreadsheets or systems.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
