Job summary

UNIGRA FOOD PROCESSING ASIA PACIFIC SDN BHD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Executive to lead regulatory processes for materials, TSDS, nutrition labeling, and product claims. You will build regulatory databases, drive SAP code creation, and ensure APAC regulatory compliance across markets.

Close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and R&D is essential. The role requires 2+ years in food regulatory/QA, a degree in Food Technology or Food Science, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food industry in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Assurance
• Degree in Food Technology or Food Science is a plus
• Good knowledge of oral and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced regional knowledge in food industry and regulatory requirements
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with team work spirit
• Strong communication skill and good business acumen
• Independent with minimal supervision
• Ability to make decisions swiftly and confidently

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regulatory databases including product declaration, claims, ingredient listing, nutrition and labeling
• Lead personalized code creation in SAP, Nutritional PI% statement, TDS and label approval
• Coordinate with Marketing/Sales and R&D to generate TSDS and labeling information
• Identify and interpret regulatory guidelines and assess applicable laws
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies across APAC and key markets
• Monitor changes in food and labeling regulations
• Advise commercial teams on regulatory strategies and developments
• Coordinate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance
