Unigrà APAC in Malaysia seeks a Regulatory Affairs Executive to lead regulatory processes for materials, claims, labeling and product declarations. You will develop and maintain regulatory databases, generate technical data sheets, ensure SAP code creation and label approvals, and monitor changes in food regulations across APAC and other markets.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Technology or Food Science, with 2+ years in regulatory affairs/QA, strong English, and proficient in

• Regulatory knowledge across food regulations and labeling.
• Experience with product declarations, claims and ingredient listings.
• Strong communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret regulations and assess impact on activities.
• Proficient in preparing technical data sheets and labeling documents.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems for product coding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regulatory activities for materials, labeling and product claims.
• Maintain regulatory databases and ensure accuracy of declarations.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Sales and R&D for technical data sheets.
• Monitor APAC and other markets for regulatory changes and implications.
• Advise commercial teams on regulatory strategy and potential concerns.
• Ensure compliance with current and upcoming food regulations.
