Zusammenfassung

PS Clinic is seeking a responsible, caring Registered Staff Nurse to support medical and wellness services. You will assist doctors, perform nursing procedures, administer treatments and monitor patients to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates hold a Nursing degree/diploma, are registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board with APC, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Fresh graduates may be considered under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Competency in basic nursing procedures, patient monitoring and infection control.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical experience in general practice, outpatient care, primary care or wellness services is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the required registration and practising credentials may be considered, subject to supervision and competency assessment.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history collection and relevant health measurements.
• Assist doctors during medical consultations, examinations and minor procedures.
• Carry out nursing procedures within professional competency, authorised scope of practice and clinic protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections and other authorised treatments in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and report abnormalities promptly.
• Identify signs of clinical deterioration and initiate appropriate escalation or emergency response.
• Assist with health screening programmes and wellness assessments.
• Support blood sample collection and other diagnostic procedures where trained and authorised.
• Provide appropriate patient education on prescribed treatments, medication adherence and general health maintenance.
• Prepare consultation rooms, examination areas and clinical equipment.
