Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide professional care within a hospital unit. You will participate in shift duties, internal handovers, and ensure nurses’ documentation is complete and timely for patient records.

You will collaborate with doctors and the care team, support safety and infection control standards, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives in a dynamic private healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in the unit as directed by medical staff.
• Receive handover, assess patient condition, and re-plan care as needed.
• Ensure doctors' orders are carried out and document actions clearly.
• Communicate with doctors/consultants and liaise with colleagues for patient needs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and participate in unit meetings.
