• Diploma/Certificate in Nursing and valid registration.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to guide nursing staff and student nurses.
• Commitment to high quality patient care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per unit plan and policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and adjust nursing care.
• Coordinate with doctors and carry out orders and procedures.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families to support care.
• Assist Unit Manager and participate in unit meetings and activities.
• Ensure equipment, supplies and inventory are managed and maintained.
