Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad is seeking a Head of Branch for TC Trucks Sales Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Selangor. This full-time role leads the sales operations, drives revenue growth, and ensures profitability targets are met for the regional truck sales business.

You will manage the sales team, develop key customer relationships, and coordinate with other departments to support strategic objectives, while maintaining compliance and delivering strong performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle industries.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities with a track record of developing sales teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and long-term partnership building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive growth and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with sound regulatory and compliance awareness.
