Job summary

World Courier Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager to lead Supply Chain Planning & Operations within the Clinical Supply Solutions (CSS) network across the region. You will drive regional strategy, standardize processes, and govern performance while ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with country operations, customer service, logistics, quality, and commercial teams to optimize capacity, improve efficiency, and support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or people leadership role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CSS operations across multiple locations.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and operational review processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and safety standards are met across region.
• Collaborate with Country Leads and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Support business continuity planning and regional resilience.
