Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning or broader supply chain operations.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding to review gaps and mitigate risks.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills including KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of regional supply chain KPI targets (Customer Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Write-Offs, PCE, FTE).
• Prepare and refresh monthly regional KPI dashboards with analysis and actions for APMA country teams.
• Track monthly PCE and FTE vs targets; assist budget reviews and regional cost control.
• Consolidate results to generate monthly CS level reports and prepare materials for global reviews.
• Refresh regional supply risk files weekly and drive bottleneck discussions to mitigate backorders.
• Collaborate with country teams, manufacturing sites, and global functions to resolve supply issues.
