Job summary

Huawei Consumer Business Group in Malaysia is seeking a Regional Retail Training Specialist to support the Regional Training Senior Manager in planning, delivering and tracking training performance across Asia Pacific markets.

You will localize content in English and Mandarin, conduct classroom, in-store and online sessions, and manage the internal e-learning app while coordinating with country teams to close training gaps and improve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably from IT Industry with understanding of Retail Sales Management area.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (Read, Write and Speak)
• Proficient in Video Editing and Photography skills
• Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, good at coordinating all parties to achieve common business goals
• Goal-oriented working attitude, meticulous and pragmatic

Responsibilities

• Lead in Category Product Training Management including: Product training strategy and alignment across departments.
• Training content localization and development in accordance to business direction, in English and Mandarin languages.
• Conduct training delivery presentation via classroom training, in-store training and online training.
• Manage internal e-learning app including training content upload and learning data analysis.
• Conduct periodic on-field retail survey to identify training gaps on ground and qualify results in summary report.
• Manage routine Training Delivery Operation Management Report covering respective Asia Pacific countries in areas of Training Planning, Delivery and Results.
• Execute Training Program Delivery and Operation Management such as certification, on-ground training programs, training workshops and other training initiatives; ensuring communication, delivery and results monitoring is completed.
• Team Operation Management: Be responsible for coordinating meetings with Asia Pacific Departments and Country Training Management teams to ensure training objectives, delivery and results are met

As a Regional Retail Training Specialist, you will assist and provide operational management support to the Regional Training Senior Manager for tracking Country Training Planning, Delivery & Performance Results, Courseware & Curriculum Localization, Training Program Operation & Internal Operation.
