Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Regional Pricing and Promotions specialist to translate global frameworks into local guidelines and govern regional promotion execution. You will work with Global Commercial Management, Regional Concessions & Terms, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure compliant, ROI-driven promotions across hubs.

The role demands strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and a structured, result-oriented approach to manage regional budgets, timelines, and risk

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, marketing or economics.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, promotions, and regional market implementation.
• Experience in budgeting, ROI analysis and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with hubs, CSOs and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global promotion frameworks into regional guidelines and approvals.
• Coordinate rollout of regional promotion frameworks across hubs and CSOs.
• Ensure promotions align with objectives, budget and compliance.
• Review proposals and provide regional guidance and approvals.
• Monitor promotional ROI and budget adherence with stakeholders.
• Maintain regional promotion calendar and identify risks.
• Collaborate with IT to digitalize regional promotion processes.
• Support Trade Terms Scheme development.
