• Significant leadership experience in regional or multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering measurable results.
• Experience leading transformation or operational excellence programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing cost, service, quality and growth.
• Ability to develop and influence senior leadership teams.
• Experience working across different countries and cultures.
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic orientation.
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related discipline.

• Develop and execute regional operations strategy aligned with business goals.
