Job summary

Vistra Malaysia is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur to drive regional marketing initiatives and support global campaigns. You will work closely with the Regional Head of Marketing and Marketing Director to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue retention across the region.

This full-time role covers events, asset management, campaign setup in HubSpot, and collaboration with global teams to deliver integrated programs that align with Vistra’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing planning, events, campaign execution, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools preferred.
• Experience planning and executing webinars using local-market platforms (Zoom or equivalent).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur office and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our corporate services and its’ growth.

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing initiatives and global campaign activations across the region. Working closely with the Regional Head of Marketing and Regional Marketing Director, this role plays a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue retention through integrated marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Activity Coordination

• Support execution of global campaigns at the regional level
• Drive demand generation (online and offline) by collaborating with marketing teams and local and regional business leads
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal communications for marketing activities
• Assist in adapting global materials for regional use.

Event & Client Engagement Support

• Coordinate logistics for regional events, webinars, and client engagements
• Support both marketing-led and sales-led activities
• Ensure high-quality and consistent experience for clients and prospects

Marketing Asset Management

• Organize and maintain regional marketing materials and collateral
• Ensure assets are up-to-date, properly stored, and accessible to local teams
• Support distribution of materials across sales and marketing stakeholders

Operational & Administrative Support

• Assist with campaign setup and tracking in HubSpot
• Support reporting and tracking of regional marketing activities
• Help manage internal processes to ensure efficient execution
• Support budget tracking and reconciliation for regional marketing activities
• Coordinate with vendors and support invoice processing
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of expenses

Team Support & Development

• Provide day-to-day support to the Regional Head of Marketing and/or Marketing Director
• Collaborate with global marketing and product marketing teams as needed
• Build foundational knowledge of solutions, ICP, and marketing processes

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing planning, events, campaign execution, or related marketing roles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools preferred
• Have knowledge of webinar planning and execution, including experience using executing webinars and able to use the webinar tools such as Zoom or equivalent in local- market platforms
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
