Michael Page partners with a leading global FMCG organisation to appoint a Regional Manufacturing Strategy Lead, overseeing manufacturing footprints across Asia. The role translates growth plans into regional manufacturing and supply strategy, assesses capacity across multiple sites and drives productivity improvements.
The successful applicant will have a degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain, strong experience in manufacturing excellence, and proven stakeholder
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering or operations excellence.
- Good understanding of plant KPIs and productivity drivers.
- Exposure to CapEx planning or network optimisation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to map growth plans into manufacturing strategy.
- Assess capacity and bottlenecks across sites.
- Support network design and footprint optimisation across Asia.
- Identify opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering on debottlenecking and automation.
- Support make-vs-buy, sourcing decisions.
- Develop capital investment plans short/medium/long term.
- Drive actions to improve COGS, productivity and margins.
- Benchmark performance and identify improvements.
- Serve as strategic partner across Supply, Business, Eng, Finance, Plant.
