Job summary

Lablink (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Key Accounts Manager to nurture top accounts in the Northern Region, strengthen relationships, and identify revenue opportunities across Lablink’s laboratory services and related solutions.

You will manage customer requirements, coordinate with internal lab and support functions, prepare quotations and proposals, and monitor account activity to drive growth and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage and maintain effective relationships with assigned key accounts in the Northern Region to support customer retention and revenue growth.
• 2. Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to increase utilisation of Lablink’s laboratory services and related solutions.
• 3. Support the Manager – Business Growth in developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• 4. Maintain regular contact with customers and follow up on enquiries, proposals, quotations, tenders and other business opportunities.
• 5. Coordinate customer requests with relevant Lablink laboratory and support functions to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• 6. Monitor account activity, sales opportunities, customer feedback and service issues and elevate matters requiring management attention.
• 7. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, customer reports and business development materials.
• 8. Maintain accurate customer and sales records, including account plans, contact information, opportunity status and follow-up actions.
• 9. Conduct customer visits and engagement activities as required to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• 10. Monitor competitor activities and market developments and provide relevant feedback to the Manager – Business Growth.
• 11. Support marketing, promotional and customer engagement activities within the assigned region.
• 12. Assist in tracking revenue, sales pipeline and key account performance and prepare regular updates for management.
• 13. Ensure all customer and business development activities are conducted in accordance with Lablink’s policies, procedures and governance requirements.
