Job summary

BR Metals, a precious metals recovery specialist, is seeking a hands-on Regional Head of Human Resources to lead HR operations across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and China from our Pekan Nanas JB base. You will partner with senior management to implement HR strategies, drive performance and improve employee engagement in a multi-market environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law; ASEAN regulations a plus.
