Job summary

Atomic Recruitment SEA is seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst for a multinational consumer goods organisation with a regional footprint across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

You will prepare monthly reports, manage closing, monitor inventory, and support audits and intercompany activities, leveraging SAP and Power BI to enhance insights. A Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years in a similar role is required for a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial finance or a multinational company.
• Strong financial reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and group reporting.
• Monitor inventory movements, stock adjustments, and sales data across regional markets.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Shared Services teams to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Support intercompany billing, cost recharges, and transaction accuracy.
• Maintain financial data integrity across ERP and reporting systems, including SAP.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and ad hoc finance projects.
