Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a Finance professional to partner with the Regional Finance Head in developing key financial metrics and ensuring statutory compliance across countries. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and ERP system enhancements for regional operations.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification with at least 3 years in retail, strong English, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or recognized professional qualification with ≥3 years in retail.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI familiarity is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Partner with Regional Finance Head to develop and deliver key financial metrics.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations across countries through planning and coordination.
Liaise with external accounting firms, tax agents, and banking partners regionally.
Support ERP system implementation and enhancements across regional operations.
Collaborate with Regional Finance Head to resolve accounting, operations, and banking issues.
Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and alignment with standards.
