Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd seeks an Equipment Management Specialist / Supervisor based in Singapore to manage regional container fleet operations, empty equipment repositioning, and cost management across South and Southeast Asia.

You will develop allocation forecasts, maintain inventory accuracy, analyze repair/storage costs, and align schedules with customer demands, working with depots, marine engineering, and vessel personnel to optimize equipment utilization and support reefer

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Logistic / Supply chain or relevant.
• 2 to 3 years of M&R experience within a shipping line, liner agency, or freight forwarding company.
• Regional exposure to managing liner equipment or depot operations across South or Southeast Asian markets is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Vlookup / Xlookup, pivot tables, and data modeling).
• Working familiarity with ERP software, CTS, or Depot Management Systems.
• Prior understanding of DG stowage/handling protocols and reefer container mechanics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional Equipment Operations & Planning: Allocation Planning across hubs, Schedule Alignment with customer bookings, Fleet Oversight across depots in SA and SE Asia.
• Inventory & Cost Management: Maintain container inventory, inspect conditions, analyze repair/storage costs, and optimize cost control.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Technical Support: Coordinate with shippers, depots, surveyors, and engineering teams; assist reefer troubleshooting and emergencies.
• Compliance & Process Optimization: Analyze utilization, propose fleet improvements, ensure DG handling compliance.
