Job summary

ExecThread seeks a Head of Regional Engineering, Project & Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide engineering strategies with emphasis on operational excellence and sustainability. You will oversee capital projects and technology deployments across multiple units, driving a group-wide roadmap and governance framework.

The role requires 15+ years of progressive leadership in regional engineering initiatives, strong portfolio management, risk governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; professional certification and a postgraduate qualification are advantageous.
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience delivering regional large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Proven ability in portfolio management, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide engineering strategies with focus on operational excellence and sustainability.
