Job summary

JLL Malaysia is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead the development and delivery of regional EHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvements across sites in APAC. This role reports to the APAC Regional Account Lead and requires strategic oversight of global EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of EHS risk management and ISO 14001 standards.
• 7–10 years in EHS, with leadership/management experience.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive EHS culture.

Responsibilities

• Build regional talent in EHS discipline.
• Recruit and develop site EHS experts as needed.
• Implement global EHS programs, policies and audits.
• Represent JLL EHS strategy at client sites and ensure compliance.
• Measure and report EHS initiatives and activities.
