Job summary

You will lead cross-market, multi-disciplinary delivery, embedding GenAI-enabled workflows and establishing a shared services hub for faster, higher-quality outputs.

This leadership role requires extensive agency experience, operating across regions, and a proven track record of transforming delivery capabilities

Qualifications

• 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
• 10+ years in agency environments.
• Deep knowledge of delivery tooling, governance and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into workable operating models and execution systems.
• Lead account transformation including governance, staffing, and tooling upgrades.
• Embed GenAI-enabled delivery with governance to improve speed and quality.
