Location: Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Malaysia
Professionally manage multi‑channel interactions (calls, emails, social media, mobile apps, in‑person inquiries) in a timely and efficient manner.
Actively explore and introduce various services and products to customers, tailoring recommendations to their individual needs.
Analyse customer inquiries to effectively address their concerns and provide the best possible solutions.
Maintain and update accurate customer records.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Minimum Diploma or above.
Preferably 1 year of experience in Call Centre, banking, or customer service environments.
Good command of spoken and written English is a must and Mandarin speaking would be a plus point to communicate with our Chinese‑speaking customers.
Positive attitude, independent, able to multi‑task and a team player.
Pleasant voice, attentive listening, and good communication skills.
Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications.
This position is a 1-year contract with potential renewal and completion bonus rewarded upon completion of 12‑months.
Monthly allowances up to RM1000 for attendance and KPI.
