Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Deputy Manager-Sr. Executive Compliance Management to establish and continuously enhance the Group Compliance Management Framework across regional operations.

The role covers governance, regulatory monitoring, risk management, testing and reporting, promoting a strong compliance culture. Candidates should have 5+ years in compliance, governance or audit, with experience in multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with compliance focus or related field.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, governance or audit within a multi-entity setup.
• Hands-on with Compliance Management Systems or Frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group Compliance Management Framework, policies and governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate with Legal and business units.
• Lead compliance risk assessments and track remediation actions.
• Prepare reporting for governance committees and senior management.
• Drive a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.
