We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern in Malaysia office to support our employer branding, content marketing, and digital marketing initiatives. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand‑building projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Content & Social Media Marketing

• Assist in managing RecruitFirst Malaysia's social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create engaging content related to careers, hiring trends, job search tips, and employer branding
• Draft, schedule, and publish posts using approved templates and content calendars
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices
• Support short‑form video and visual content creation

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

• Support campaigns that strengthen RecruitFirst's employer and consumer brand presence
• Assist in developing marketing materials for campus outreach, career fairs, and recruitment events
• Help coordinate employer branding initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support lead generation and candidate engagement campaigns

Website & Digital Marketing

• Assist with website content updates and optimization
• Conduct basic SEO research and support content optimization initiativesTrack and report digital marketing performance metrics
• Support email marketing and digital campaign execution

Marketing Operations

• Organize and maintain marketing assets and content libraries
• Prepare marketing reports and campaign summaries
• Support ad‑hoc marketing and recruitment‑related projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Human Resources, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools is a plus
