Job summary

Trendtive Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to handle day-to-day client marketing across channels, including content, social, and campaign support. You will work on live client accounts with guidance from a senior/director team, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

The role covers content creation, social media planning, copywriting, and campaign coordination. It is ideal for someone pursuing a Marketing/Communications degree who can write in English and possibly Bahasa

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable writing marketing copy in English (Bahasa Malaysia/Chinese a plus).
• A portfolio, writing samples, or campaign work to review.
• Available for a full-time internship, 3–6 months.

Job description

As our Digital Marketing Intern, you'll run the day-to‑day of client marketing across channels - content, social, and campaign support — rather than just producing assets for someone else to place. You'll work across live client accounts, with a senior/director team reviewing your output every step of the way.

This is a generalist digital marketing role covering content, social media, and campaign coordination.

What you'll do

Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms

Generate content ideas and campaign concepts for client accounts

Write copy for ads, captions, email, and landing pages

Support campaign coordination across Google, Meta, XHS and LinkedIn

Manage content calendars, approvals, and asset organisation

Requirements (we only review applications that meet these)

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Comfortable writing marketing copy in English (and ideally Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese)

Familiarity with social media platforms from a business/brand perspective, not just personal use

A portfolio, writing samples, or campaign work we can review

Available for a full-time internship, minimum 3 to 6 months

What we expect from you

We move fast. We need someone who communicates without being chased, flags problems early, asks when a brief or priority is unclear instead of guessing, and updates the team before being asked.
