Job summary

Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Reconciliations Associate for Employee Benefits Solutions. You will perform daily reconciliations across internal systems, banks and third party reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 3+ years in reconciliations, knowledge of Client Money Rules under Australian Corporations Act, strong analytical skills and advanced Excel. You will work Australia hours and support audits, compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in reconciliations within financial services or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Client Money Rules as defined in the Australian Corporations Act 2001.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel competency.
• Prior exposure to audit, risk or compliance interactions.
• Willing to work Australia working hours and follow Australia public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations between internal systems, bank accounts, custodians and third party reporting.
• Comply with Australian law requirements and government bodies.
• Ensure segregation of duties is followed.
• Identify, investigate and document reconciliation breaks.
• Escalate unresolved or aged breaks per procedures.
• Track outstanding items to resolution within strict SLAs.
• Support audit, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in implementing new reconciliations into the framework.
• Collaborate with EBS and Boardroom colleagues to resolve complex issues.
