Citi is hiring an Officer, Cash and Trade Processing Analyst 1 - C09 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy of financial records through reconciliation, data analysis, and process improvements within a hybrid work arrangement.

The successful candidate will develop practical experience in a financial services environment, supporting timely financial reporting while collaborating with teams across a global network.

Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in financial operations, reconciliation or payment operations.
• Bachelor's/University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Reconciliation: reconcile general ledger with sub-ledger data.
• Prepare reconciliation packages documenting process and findings.
• Investigate and resolve accounting exceptions and mismatches.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor balance sheet breakage and escalate as needed.
• Communicate findings with team and business partners.
• Respond to inquiries from Balance Sheet Substantiation.
• Help meet financial reporting deadlines.
