Job summary

Yinson GreenTech is seeking a Software Engineer to design and ship large-scale, real-time, event-driven applications powering our electrification initiatives. You will work in a fast, high-impact environment where your code goes live quickly and your ideas drive real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or Computer Science.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience with real-time, event-driven systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python and NodeJS.
• Experience with AWS and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with unit testing and Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship large-scale, real-time, event-driven applications.
• Design, maintain and support services using a microservices approach.
• Build performant, cloud native platforms.
• Own quality end to end — from secure coding and unit testing to code reviews.
• Leverage modern AI tools and technologies to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems faster.
• Collaborate in Agile teams across the full software development lifecycle.
