Job summary

A leading medical center in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual for reception and administrative duties. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness, managing appointments, supporting patients and staff, and effective communication in an efficient workflow. Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of counters and reporting room meets/exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure patient’s privacy and confidentiality.
  • Promote smooth workflow at reception counter and all stations.
  • Organize appointments for Radiology procedures and registration.
  • Attend to enquiries via email, telephone, or in person.
  • Support radiologists and staff with administrative duties.
  • Ensure effective communication to patients and colleagues.
  • Burn and sort CDs for patients as prescribed.

Job description

Ensure cleanliness of counters and reporting room meets / exceeds expectations.

Ensure patient’s privacy and confidentiality.

Ensure high efficiency and productivity at reception counter and all stations to promote smooth workflow in the department.

Ensure good quality of service provide to the customers.

Organize appointments for all Radiology procedures, registration and accurate patient charges to ensure operational efficiency.

Attend efficiently to enquiries via email, telephone or in person to provide accurate and useful information in order to support customers’ needs.

Support radiologists, radiographers, nurses and others in office and administrative duties to ensure operating efficiency of Radiology services.

Ensure effective communication to patient, colleague and radiologist.

Burn and sort the CD for the patient as per prescribed on the Radiology Service Request Form.

Job Requirements

Min. SPM

Required skills: Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and critical skills, must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills, computer literate.
