Job summary

Averis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Record to Report to lead the Cost & Controlling and Management Reporting teams. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial reporting, and you will supervise analysts to meet SLA-driven deadlines.

You will coordinate with RGE Corporate and Business Groups on complex reporting issues, maintain process improvements, and mentor staff to sustain high performance in a dynamic GBS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost reconciliation and reporting
• Strong skills in financial reporting and internal controls
• Proven ability to train and mentor analysts
• Experience with SAP and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead Cost & Controlling daily activities and reconcile costs accurately.
• Oversee Management Reporting, review monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Coach analysts to meet reporting deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and coordinate with Corporate & Business Groups.
